CommunicationAfter incurring some wind damage on our roof, we contacted our insurance company to investigate the severity of the damage. After a visit from their appraiser, they determined that a minor repair was needed and a dozen shingles would need to be replaced. Straight A didn’t agree with their evaluation and set forth a plan to justify a complete replacement of our entire roof with the cost borne by our insurance company.
InsuranceI would highly recommend. Matt and his team guided us through the tedious insurance process and helped us choose the right color for our roof. Their team was able to get the repairs and roof done in one day and cleaned up every nail and shingle. The next day they came to do a walk around to make sure everything was cleaned up and not missed. The roof looks great!

No surprisesI had Straight A out to replace my roof that had wind damage. They did the initial inspection and helped me get in touch with my insurance company to report the damage. Once I had the approval from my insuracne company, Straight A got me a finalized quote and had me on the schedule. They're stated turn around time is 4-6 weeks (weather dependent) and they got to my roof in 5 weeks during the rainy October/November months. Right on time. The new roof looks really good and the materials are quality.
